The moving bill is rarely the expensive part of an office move — the lost day is. We schedule after hours or across a weekend, sequence the move so critical systems land first, and label by desk and department so people find their own boxes instead of hunting.
What we handle
- Workstations, cubicles, and conference furniture disassembled and rebuilt.
- Filing systems and records moved in order, in sealed bins.
- Monitors, docks, and peripherals padded and boxed by station number.
- Retail fixtures, shelving, and stock.
- Warehouse racking, pallets, and equipment.
- Furniture and equipment disposal or donation runs.
Building requirements, handled
Downtown and UTC towers need freight elevator reservations, dock windows, and a certificate of insurance on file before the truck arrives. We deal with property management directly so nobody on your team has to chase it.
Planning your office move
Give us a floor plan of the new space with desk numbers and we will label to it. Two weeks of lead time is usually enough for a 10 to 40 person office; larger or phased moves want a month.

Can you move us over a weekend?
Yes. Weekend and overnight commercial moves are standard for us, at the same hourly rate.
Do you disconnect and reconnect computers?
We disconnect, transport, and set monitors and peripherals back at the right desk. Server and network reconnection should be handled by your IT provider, and we coordinate timing with them.
